What we do

Commercial rehabilitation.

We acquire and restore commercial properties — including the ones with structural, environmental, or financial complications other investors avoid. Discipline first, optics second.

Residential development.

We rehabilitate and develop residential property across West Virginia and Virginia — single-family homes through multi-unit projects. The same scrutiny, the same care, applied at any scale.

Grant-funded revitalization.

Federal, state, and local capital — EPA Brownfields, USDA Rural Development, ARC, CDBG — paired with veteran-owned reporting discipline. Built for projects that require scrutiny.
